In respect of the adult that wishes to follow a lifestyle maintenance program it is important to note that a healthy daily diet (see lifestyle program building blocks) should be followed in addition to the following daily suggested dietary procedure. Please consult your medical practitioner if in doubt. The following products are required and intended to provide those natural nutrients that are lost or absent in today’s highly processed environment.

Suggested incorporation of the Lifestyle Products into the daily diet of the adult who wish to maintain their current Lifestyle.

Early Morning

  • One tablespoon of Cili Bao Crystals in a glass of purified water or warm (not hot) Rooibos tea with a dash of pure lemon and fresh mint.

Breakfast

  • Liquidize: 1 papino, 1 banana, 5 dates and 300 ml berry juice, add 2 tablespoons of Natures Choice’s Magical Plus Plus omega 3, 6 & 9 seeds, add 1 heaped tablespoon of Cili Bao Competitor meal and add two tablespoons of natural yoghurt.
  • Blend and Serve within twenty minutes.
  • 1 Ginkgo Biloba tablet (optional).
  • Alternatively: Follow the Lunch routine.

Mid Morning

  • Enjoy a cup of Cili Bao Green Tea.
  • 6 Green Gem Chlorella tablets(1 teaspoon). Crush or break tables in half to ensure absorption.

Lunch

  • Add one heaped tablespoons of Cili Bao Fruit Crystals to a bowl of natural yogurt or fruit salad
  • Alternatively: Follow the Breakfast routine.

Mid Afternoon

  • Enjoy a cup of Cili Bao Green tea.
  • 6 Green Gem Chlorella tablets(1 teaspoon). Crush or break tables in half to ensure absorption.

Supper

  • 5 – 10 vegetables – slightly steamed – Liquidize or keep solid and take as a meal. Add one tablespoon cold pressed olive oil. Add meat if required but do not cook any food in fat or oils.
  • Alternate between lunch and supper routine.

Before Retiring

  • 6 Green Gem Chlorella tablets (1 teaspoon). Crush or break tables in half to ensure absorption.
  • Take one Ginkgo Biloba Tablet (Optional).
